No doubt some visitors to our site, looking at one of our business cards or brochures may be wondering – “what's an Itzazu?”

One day, when all of the furry and feathery gang seemed to all be woofing and meowing and squawking and talking all at once, the remark was made, “It's a zoo around here," which led to us to the idea of putting together the phonetical spelling of “ITZAZU” and using that for our business. Since Chris, our Congo Grey is the senior member of our “zoo”, we felt he should have the honor of being the company mascot.
